At Holistic Healing Pathways we specialize in Psychiatric Mental Health Care. As a Nurse Practitioner who is certified in both Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health care, I aim to equip my patients with the tools and knowledge they need to take charge of their health. Our goal is to enhance overall quality of life in each and every patient. I see my role not just as a provider of care but as a partner in promoting wellness and resilience. I am continuing my education to further understand Carl Jung's theories around the unconscious mind and learning Dora Kalff's Sandplay Therapy to integrate into the care of my patients. Most behaviors derive from the unconscious mind and Sandplay therapy will allow my patients to heal the aspects of their lives they cannot put into words.

Psychiatric Services
We are able to complete the Psychiatric Evaluation, to assess for further explanation of your current concerns.
Once Psychiatric Diagnosis' have been made, as a team we determine what would be the best course of treatment to improve your wellness and wellbeing.
Supportive Therapy is utilized in each visit. Components of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion Focused, Culturally Sensitive Care and Jungian Sandplay therapy with anticipated integration Fall 2025.
Psychotropic Medications
In considering your personal feelings around taking medications, we can perform a medical review of potential medications for treatment and management of your symptoms.
If you are already on medications and looking for a change, we can review your current and any past failed medication trials to form your new plan of care.
Telemedicine
We offer telemedicine visits for your convenience through our protected portal. This can be implemented after your initial intake appointment which does need to be in person. You can then connect with our healthcare providers from the comfort of your own home or office.

We accept most insurance plans, and continue adding more. We also offer affordable self-pay options for those without insurance. Currently Accepting: BlueCross and BlueShield,
